• HillcrestFest Will be an Annual Event 05/25/2011
More than 600 children and adults of all ages attended HillcrestFest on Saturday May 21st. The free community fun fair was put on by Hillcrest Educational Centers to thank the Berkshires for 25 years of support as Hillcrest celebrates its silver anniversary year.
David Grover & Grover’s Gang, Bowie the Clown and the Hillcrest Drummers all provided entertainment throughout the day. Pony rides, face painting, a digital photo booth, bounce houses, kids raffle and ice cream sandwiches all were available free of charge.
Hillcrest President Jerry Burke said, "Initially, we thought this would be a perfect one-time event as part of our 25th to thank the community, but given the incredible turnout, this will now be an annual event. We are pleased to announce that HillcrestFest II will take place on Saturday May 19th, 2012."
