Benefits at a Glance – Full Time Staff
Medical: Eligible after 90 days of employment - single, 2-person, and family plans available. Employer contribution based on length of service. Medical reimbursement account also available
Dental: Eligible after 90 days of employment - single, employee plus spouse, employee plus children and family plans available. Orthodontic allowance for children. Hillcrest Dental Care is a “preferred provider”
Life Insurance: Eligible after 90 days of employment - employer provided Group Term Life equal to 1x, 1.5x, 2x annual salary based on length of service at no cost to employee. Supplemental term life; Up to $200K guaranteed issue for employee, spouse and children also available.
Disability: Eligible after 90 days of employment - long-term coverage for non-work related illness or injury; 60% of earnings after completing 90-day elimination period (after onset of illness or injury). Supplemental short-term disability coverage also available.
Retirement: Eligible upon employment - 403(b) tax sheltered annuity is available. Employer may make a discretionary contribution.
Vacation: Accrue 1 week between 6 – 12 months, 2 weeks after one year, 3 weeks after 4 years and 4 weeks after 6 years. Clinicians – 3 weeks after 1 year and 4 weeks after 5 years Teachers – 6 weeks (to be taken in accordance with the school calendar)
Holidays: 4 observed holidays per year plus 5 floating holidays (annual deposit of 1 floating holiday and 4 floating holidays accrued each year). Direct care staff that work and of the 4 observed holidays receive time and a half for hours worked plus 8 holiday hours.
